We have many parts in stock in the standard version for the most common sizes. This allows us to provide fast and accurate assistance in the event of damage.

Quality and flexibility are our strengths

WITTE not only stocks spare parts for its own pumps, but can also supply spare parts for pumps from other manufacturers. Bearings, shafts as well as sealing parts for other manufacturers can be offered. Based on our experience, we are able to modify the WITTE components on request so that they can be fitted exactly to the third-party make. Often the quality of the materials used and the tolerance limits of the individual components are significantly better than those of the original manufacturer.

Quality assurance

All core components are checked for absolute dimensional accuracy before assembly. In quality control, we use the latest measuring technology from renowned manufacturers. On our 2 newly acquired coordinate measuring machines of the Mitutoyo type, we can measure all components such as housings, bearings and shafts accurately, either fully automatically or manually, and thus set the tolerance chains precisely. This guarantees the best efficiency in operation.

    We stock standard friction bearings in a wide range of designs and materials both at our site in Tornesch and at our subsidiaries in the USA and Shanghai.

  • Gears

    Gears and bearings should be checked regularly according to the maintenance specifications. If these are worn or damaged, the pump cannot be operated reliably. Loss of efficiency and irreparable damage could result.

  • Sealing parts

    Depending on the pump type, sealing parts can be used several times. Replacement and conversion to other sealing systems is possible in many cases and can be realized by WITTE.

  • Housing

    As a rule, the housings are designed so that they can be reused provided there is no damage to the product space. Wear parts such as bearings and shafts can be replaced simply by plug & play.
