With a specialization in individual solutions, the research and development of new products and approaches is one of our core competences. New bearing geometries, gearing as well as materials and material combinations are in focus. Through a close cooperation with customers, institutes, and partners, we manage to create solutions again and again that are innovative and forward-looking and make some processes even possible at all. We can use gear pumps in places where this type of pump is normally not used. The cooperation of engineers, technicians, mechanics and constructors results in new ideas on a daily basis.
We develop individual gear pumps for our customers based on their requests and requirements. We accompany the entire process from the idea to the prototype and series production. Even in the best plants, there may be problems. A quick analysis of the reasons is necessary to be able to produce again. WITTE offers customers comprehensive troubleshooting so the causes of the problems can be determined. Normally the triggers are circumstances in the plant before and after the pump. Procedural knowledge makes it easier to find out and fix problems. Furthermore, we also have access to the knowledge from material and test laboratories to determine the causes. There is a close and long-standing cooperation with the TÜV Nord.
