We offer a comprehensive service package for all aspects of gear pumps. It does not matter whether you have a WITTE gear pump or a pump from another manufacturer in operation.

Our service concept covers not only after-sales service but also the design process. A 360 ° degree view of the pump and its environment helps to prevent problems and to identify possible interference factors in advance.

At our test rig, which will be commissioned in 2019, we not only test new material pairings and alternative designs, but also check the performance of customer pumps.

We have service technicians on call at several locations around the world. From our offices in Shanghai, Lawrenceville, Kuala Lumpur and, of course, our headquarters in Tornesch, we can be on site quickly to provide remedial action or perform maintenance. We stock spare parts for our standard series on three continents.
